تشويه النصب التذكاري في أستراليا لمذابح السيفو أولف ـ صفحة السيفو فيسبوك بعد عدة أسابيع من الإحتفال بإفتتاح النصب التذكاري في أستراليا لمذابح السيفو قام بعض المخربين الأتراك بتشويه النصب بعبارت نابية تشتم الشعب الأشوري و رسم رمز الهلال و النجمة التركي على النصب و إزلة العلم الأشوري من السارية بجانب النصب. موقع أولف يدين هذا الإعتداء على النصب التذكاري ونستنكر هذا العمل الذي يعتبر عملاً جباناً لا يدل إلا على الضعف و قلة الحيلة حيال الأصوات المتعالية بوجه تركيا للإعتراف بمذابح السيفو الرهيبة

AINA: [UPDATE 1] Assyrian Genocide Monument in Australia Vandalized
GMT 8-30-2010 2:7:32 Update 1: adds information on second vandalized monument. Fairfield, Australia (AINA) -- The Assyrian Genocide Monument, which was installed on August 7, has been vandalized. According to Fairfield police, the vandalism occurred around 4 AM. The police have no leads on the perpetrators. The vandals painted a Turkish crescent and star on the monument's globe, which sits on a pedestal resembling a hand, as well as writing "fuck Assyrian dogs" and "fuck Assyria" on the left and forward sides of the base of the monument. The plaque at the front of the monument was removed.
