Women's Day has a symbol of peace, equality, and family values, brought to families and society by the fair sex, whose dedication, wisdom and patience have inspired and set the bar for human dignity.
Since ancient times Assyrian women have been a source of kindness and wisdom their energy has determined the quality of life around them. Thanks to women's labor and participation Assyria grew great and their achievements and merits became more significant.
Assyria Liberation Party would like to especially recognize the enormous contribution Assyrian women make to the development of social spheres, education, medicine, and science in their countries of residence. Your dedication, sensitivity and high professionalism save lives help people maintain their health and give hope in the most difficult times. In the cultural sphere, actresses, singers, artists, and writers have created, preserved, and passed on our spiritual heritage over the centuries, from Enheduanna to Marina Benyamin. Your works touch hearts, awaken the deepest emotions, and shape the nation's cultural code.
Thanks to their determination, responsibility, and multifaceted talents, women are pursuing various projects and strengthening their positions in business.
But despite all the above-mentioned achievements, the primary role of the Assyrian woman is family and the upbringing of healthy, patriotic youth. This is where we face serious challenges. Often in Assyrian families due to modern challenges women refuse to bear the burden of guarding the family's health and the moral education of the younger generation, choosing instead to pursue careers, personal freedom and social status. The result is children abandoned to their fate, growing up indifferent and callous, completely uninterested in and alienated from national, family, and universal ideals. Today in countries where Assyrians live, the number of drug addicts, criminals, murderers, homosexuals, and individuals with a weak sense of social responsibility is growing. All of this stems from a lack of proper oversight and education. Naturally not all of the blame lies with women but it's undeniable that the health of a family rests on the shoulders of a woman—it has always been and always will be.
On this wonderful and festive day Assyria Liberation Party wish you inner harmony, and inexhaustible optimism, strong health and good spirits, family joys, and patriotic children! May your cherished dreams come true, new opportunities for self-realization and development open up, and may every step lead to confidence in a future in which Assyrian family is not an obstacle, but a reliable rearguard!
